The International Hydrological School “Modeling and forecasting of river flows and managing hydrological risks: towards a new generation of methods” was held in Moscow on November 20-23, 2017. in the Lomonosov Moscow State University. The school’s program of included 14 lectures of invited scientists from the Netherlands, France, Germany, Greece, Taiwan and Russia. Among the 34 participants were undergraduates and PhD students of The Moscow State University,  the Perm State University, the Far Eastern Federal University, PhD students of the WPI RAS, young researchers from Moscow, St. Petersburg and a number of major cities of Russia.
